PhD Student: Rene Quevedo
Rene has completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Science at McMaster University with a focus on Biology, Psychology and Biochemistry. Following this, he continued to complete a Graduate Certificate program in Bioinformatics at Seneca College. Recent work has been focused on whole-exome and whole-genome sequence analysis for patient-derived cancer samples to create landscapes of the disease, as well as functional interpretation of the data.
