
Rotation Student: Danielle Denisko
Danielle obtained her Hon. B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in Biophysics and Mathematics. She recently joined the Department of Medical Biophysics as a first-year M.Sc. student. She became interested in computational epigenomics while investigating the use of knockout controls in ChIP-seq transcription factor binding site prediction and motif elucidation in her fourth-year project. She is interested in exploring epigenetic regulation in the context of cancer.
