Undergraduate Student: Adrian She

Adrian is currently an undergraduate student in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of British Columbia. He is passionate about interdisciplinary applications of computer science, especially the application of machine learning and data mining techniques in bioinformatics and computational linguistics. His current project will involve the development of a unified pharmacogenomic database and the corresponding bioinformatic pipeline to characterize drug mechanisms of action and identify robust biomarkers for drug responses. He plans to pursue graduate studies after he finishes his undergraduate degree.
