Visiting Postdoctoral Research Fellow: Jeff Bruce

Dr. Jeff Bruce received his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto under the supervision of Dr. Fei-Fei Liu in the department of Medical Biophysics.  During his PhD Jeff worked on identifying biological and clinical uses for micro-RNAs in the treatment and diagnosis of head and neck cancers.  Currently, Jeff is focused on using a variety of computational approaches to translate multiple types of molecular data from patient tumour and healthy tissue samples into clinically actionable insight.
