Postdoctoral Fellow: Hassan Mahmoud

Hassan earned his MSc in medical image analysis at Ain Shams University and he worked as software development team leader. He earned his PhD in Computational Biology & Bioinformatics through a fellowship from Genoa University (Italy) in biological network analysis, semantic enrichment, machine learning and Community detection. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Milan (Italy) working on computational aspects of cancer genomics, immunology, RNA sequencing and alternate splicing. He is Assistant Professor of Computer Science in Egypt at Benha University and Visiting Assistant Professor at Ainshams and Helwan Universities at Faculty of Computer Science and Faculty of Engineering.
