Volunteer: Narjes Rohani

Narjes graduated from Master of Computer Science at Shahid Beheshti University. She accomplished several Bioinformatics research projects by proposing computational methods for biological issues.

She has presented two methods for drug-drug interaction prediction based on neural networks as well as matrix factorization. Her recent research project on cancer molecular subtypes has been applied a deep embedded clustering approach on the somatic mutations profile. She also worked on Covid-19 for recommending an RNA-i therapy using Bioinformatics analyses. She is currently working on drug response and drug synergy score prediction for cell lines.
