Neha Rohatgi

Postdoctoral Fellow: Neha Rohatgi

Neha completed her PhD at the Center for Systems Biology, University of Iceland in Reykjavik, Iceland in the field of systems biology. Her research focused on developing mathematical algorithms for the prediction of metabolic phenotype of cells. After her PhD, Neha joined the Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) as a postdoctoral fellow. During her time at GIS, she worked on understanding metabolic phenotype of cancer cells across cancer types using tumor transcriptome and deconvolution algorithms. Her current work involves understanding molecular subtypes and predicting therapeutic targets for pancreatic cancer.
