Intern: Pairwaiz Nijrabi

Pairwaiz graduated with a BSc. (Hons.) in Pharmacology and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto. Currently, Pairwaiz is an MSc candidate at the department of Medical Biophysics here at UofT. His research expertise is wet lab focused within cancer biology, studying cell signalling, identification of new biomarkers and chemoresistance in different cancers. In addition to his wet lab experience, he've gained interest in computational approaches to help draw inferences from big data to help guide research questions, in the realm of pharmaco and toxicogenomics. His current project involves working in toxicogenomics to develop a Toxicoset derived from in-vitro data.
