MSc Student: Vaibhav Kulshrestha

Vaibhav is pursuing a dual degree program in MSc. Biological Sciences and BE. Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, Goa Campus in India. As part of his academic program, he is carrying out his graduate thesis at BHK Lab. Vaibhav is working under the guidance of Dr. Arvind Mer. The project is to find isoforms that can act as biomarkers for Acute Myeloid Leukemia. For this, he is using the Cox regression implementation in the programming language R.
