PhD Student: Zeinab Navidi

Zeinab graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Sharif University of Technology and continued to complete a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence before moving to Canada. She works at the University Health Network with a focus on single-cell ATAC-seq analyses and the application of deep learning on medical images. She is a computer science Ph.D. student under Dr. Bo Wang and Dr. Benjamin Haibe-kains’ supervision investigating machine learning techniques towards cancer ATAC-seq analyses.
